I didn't receive the email with my digital images. Where can I find it?

• First, check your SPAM folder in your email.  Sometimes email domains flag photos as spam.
• Check you Inbox and Spam folders by typing in your email search box the word “photogra“.  Photos will not come up if you try to search the keywords “hot shots” or the name of the attraction visited.

I found the email but my photo is not attached

Your photo is available for download from the email.  Click “Click Here To Download Now!” in the email.  Another window will open displaying your photos.  If the window does not appear try turning off your pop-up blocker.  Click on your photo to download or purchase additional items. 

I still can't find my digital image.

Select your destination and enter your photo number from the back of your photo pass.  From there you can purchase your photos.
